General Terms
♡ I have the right to reject any order I am uncomfortable with for any reason.
♡ I will communicate with you as best as possible!
♡ I am human, things happen and I make mistakes

♡ Payment is done through PayPal
♡ All prices are in USD (United States Dollar)
♡ Payment will be split. One half will be payed when I accept your commission and we confirm a sketch. The next half will be payed once the art is complete.
♡ I accept tips, please inform me if you decide to provide a tip. All is appreciated! <3Process
♡ I will discuss the estimated time the art should take through messages. This time varies on complexity and other factors.
♡ I will discuss revisions through messages.
♡ You can ask for W.I.P shots within reason, I will be sending you updates and confirming stuff with you even if you don't ask, so don't be scared. :DRights
♡ I am allowed to post and use the art I create
♡ You can use the art for any personal use
♡ You can claim the characters in the art piece, but not the art piece, as your own.
♡ You aren't forced to give credit, but it is appreciated and helps me out!
♡ You can't remove my signature (it will be subtle on the final product), alter my art without permission, or sell the art for monetization. These all count as copyright infringement.Refunds/Cancellation
♡ I don't offer refunds once the commission is confirmed and I have started.
♡ If I haven't started yet you may refund in full and cancel.
♡ If you are getting a refund, don't request a chargeback on PayPal, I will transfer the money back to you instead.
♡ If you request a chargeback when you aren't allowed a refund, I will use our conversations as evidence to PayPal and you will not be permitted to buy art from me in the future.
